Abstract:
A structure for producing multiple door frame reinforcing plates comprises an upper mold (2) and an upper mold core (20) arranged thereat, and a lower mold (1) and a lower mold core (10) arranged thereat. The upper mold core and the lower mold core are combined to form a forming chamber. A stamping tool set, dividing the forming chamber into two left part forming spaces of door frame reinforcing plates and two right part forming spaces of the door frame reinforcing plates, is arranged at the upper mold core. A feeding hole set matching the stamping tool set is arranged at the lower mold core. The stamping tool set divides the forming chamber into the two left-part forming spaces of the door frame reinforcing plates and the two-right part forming spaces of the door frame reinforcing plates, obtaining, in one stamp, two left parts and two right parts of the door frame reinforcing plates, providing twice of the production efficiency, and reducing the load of the production line.
