Abstract:
A structure of a protective member for a vehicle heat exchanger (1). A core section
(2) of the vehicle heat exchanger (1) is made up of tubes (5) and outer fins (6),with
each of the tubes (5) and outer fins (6) being alternately arranged, and the protective
member (20) is placed in front of the core section (2). The protective member
(20) extends in the longitudinal direction of the tubes (5) while covering the
front side of each tube (5) and has a protective section (21) for preventing a collision
between the core section (2) and an attack object (X) coming from diagonally forward
of the vehicle toward the core section (2).
