STRUCTURE FOR REDUCING SHAFT VOLTAGE OF PWM INVERTER DRIVEN PLASTIC-PACKAGED MOTOR

A structure for reducing shaft voltage of a PWM inverter driven plastic-packaged motor. The plastic-packaged motor comprises a winding stator core (1), a stator core insulating frame (2), a rotor (3), a front end cover (4), and a rear end cover (5); a bearing is provided in a bearing chamber of the front end cover (4) and the rear end cover (5); the winding stator core (1), the stator core insulating frame (2), and the front end cover (4) are integrally packaged by means of a plastic packaging member (10); the front end cover (4) and the rear end cover (5) are connected by means of a conductive member (9) to achieve an equipotential; and a capacitor (6) is connected between the conductive member (9) and the stator core (1). The present invention conveniently achieves effective conduction between the front end cover, the rear end cover, and the stator core to form an equipotential; a proper capacitance is added by providing a capacitor between the end cover and the stator core, and finally the the external induction capacitance of the inner and outer rings of the bearing is balanced, thereby effectively reducing shaft voltage, and thus avoiding the risk of electroerosion of the bearing, and improving the service life and reliability of the motor.
