Abstract:
The present invention relates to the structure for fixing the slit of a spectroscope, which is configured with a holder that aligns the slit vertically upright without a slant so as to prevent the occurrence of slit-induced, light incident angle errors, allow for the fine spectral light convergence of light emission by means of a spectroscope, and improve upon the problem of errors occurring in applications such as leak inspections using spectral analysis, to thereby improve the performance of a spectroscope.
