Description:
Description STRUCTURE OF SOLE OF SANDAL

Technical Field

[1] The present invention relates to a structure of a sole of sandals, and more particularly, to the structure of the sole of sandals of which the rear portion of the sole ofsole of sandal , where the heel is settled, is extended and bent in concave shape toward the heel so that the top portion of the sole ofsandals may be adhered to the heel constantly, thereby a sense of wearing can be increased, rainwater is prevented from frying to a trouser or the calf of the leg so that the trouser or the calf of the leg is prevented from pollution and a particular sound which is generated when the sole ofsandals hits the heel is prevented. Background Art

[2] Generally, so as to protect foot, to decorate and to prevent from slipping, a foot- ware is worn. Especially, sandals easy to ventilate is used often. The general sandals has a bottom sole, an insole and a leather strip to wrap the top of the foot. Each length of the bottom sole and insole is almost same and they are adhered by bonding or sewing to connect each other. Both ends of the leather strip are inserted between the inner portion of the edge of the bottom sole and the insole while it wraps the edge of the insole, and adhered by adhesive in a bent state. Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem

[3] However, sandals of this structure has a problem that productivity is low because an additional processing is need to connect the bottom sole and the insole by adhesive or sewing

[4] To solve this problem, sandals (slipper) where the bottom sole and the insole is molded by injection in unit, as shown in Fig.1 through Fig.2, is suggested. The suggested sandals 400 includes a bottom sole 410 with a predetermined depth and a shape to settle the foot and a leather strip 420 to wrap the top of the foot, and the both ends of the leather strip 420 are connected to the both sides of the bottom sole 410.

[5] Although the sandals whose outsole 410 is shaped in unit can increase productivity by reducing processes, but there are several problems because the foot and the top portion of the outsole 410 are maintained in a flat state.

[6] For example, a sense of wearing is bad and a sound is generated during the process that the end of the bottom sole is pulled toward the heel and eventually hits the heel after the heel is separated from the bottom sole when the bottom portion of the bottom sole is contacted to the ground by the end of foot while walking. Especially, rainwater fried toward the trouser or the calf of the leg by the outsole when floor is drenched due to rain.

Technical Solution

[7] An object of the present invention is to provide an improved structure of the sole of sandals whose the top portion of the sole of the sandals is adhered to the heel constantly, thereby a sense of wearing can be increased, rainwater is prevented from frying to a trouser the calf of the leg so that the trouser or the calf of the leg is prevented from pollution and a particular sound which is generated when the sole of the sandals hits the heel is prevented.

Advantageous Effects

[8] According to the present invention, the rear portion of the bottom sole of the sandals is extended in a concave shape, thereby a sense of wearing can be increased because the top portion of the sole of the sandals is adhered to the foot constantly. [9] Further, rainwater is prevented from frying to the trouser or the calf of the leg so that pollution can be blocked.

[10] Further, a particular sound generated during walking can be prevented.

Best Mode for Carrying out the Invention

[26] According to the present invention, in a structure of a sole of sandals having a leather strap 200 to wrap foot, the structure of the sole of sandals includes an elastic cushion 100 shaped in unit at the rear portion of the sole of the sandals and the rear end of the sole of the sandals is extended and curved in a concave shape toward the rear top of the heel.

[27] It is preferable that an elastic piece 120 is inserted in the concavely extended portion and the elastic piece 120 is made by a shape memory alloy.

[28] It is further preferable that a number of penetrating holes 121 are provided at the elastic piece 120 inserted in the concavely extended portion, so that molding material may be injected into the penetrating holes 121 to adhere the elastic piece 120 to the bottom sole 100 which is placed at the top and bottom of the elastic piece 120 while the bottom sole 100 is injected.

[29] It is still further preferable that a number of protrusions 130 for finger-pressure treatment on the top portion of the concavely extended portion so that the heel might be pressed by the protrusions 130.

[30] It is still further preferable that a number of protrusions 140 in the shape of a needle are provided to prevent from slipping. Mode for the Invention

[31] Fig. 3 is a perspective view illustrating an embodiment of the structure of the sole of sandals according to the present invention and Fig. 4a and 4b are front views illustrating a walking process with an embodiment of the structure of the sole of sandals according to the present invention.

[32] According to the present invention, an elastic cushion 110, where the bottom portion of the heel is contacted tightly, is shaped in unit with the rear portion of the bottom sole 100, where the heel is settled, and a leather strap 200 is connected to the bottom sole 100.

[33] The elastic cushion 110 provides more cushion than the bottom sole 100 having an amount of cushion in a whole and is curved in a concave shape toward the rear top portion of the heel. This elastic cushion 110 is shaped by extending the bottom sole 100 toward the rear top portion of the heel not by adding a separated cushion to the bottom sole 100. That is, an extended portion from the rear portion of the bottom sole 100 is shaped to extend along the rear portion of the heel so that the bent portion might be adhered to the heel constantly.

[34] The elastic cushion 100 is made by one-time injection process while the bottom sole

100 is injected to mold. [35] When user stands upward straightly with the sandals worn, the state that the elastic cushion 100 is adhered to the heel is maintained because the elastic cushion 100 is bent upward a little, as shown in Fig. 4a.

[36] Although the state that the heel is lifted up from the ground is maintained a little when user walks, the elastic cushion 110 is maintained to adhere to the heel, thereby not only sound during working and frying of rainwater can be protected but also a sense of wearing can be increased.

[37] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the elastic cushion 100 is injected to mold by the same injection materials with the bottom sole 100 while the bottom sole 100 is injected to mold. Moreover except this structure, another structure can be provided by inserting an elastic piece 120 in the concavely extended portion in order to increase the elastic force, as shown in Fig. 5a and 5b.

[38] It is preferable that the inserted elastic piece 120 .is made by a shape memory alloy so that transform can be protected by long-time usage to extend life cycle. Further, it is preferable that a number of penetrating holes 121 is provided at the elastic piece 120 so that molding material is injected again into the penetrating holes 121 to adhere the elastic piece 120 to the bottom sole 100 which is placed at the top and bottom of the elastic piece 120 while the bottom sole 100 is injected, thereby separation of the elastic piece 120 from the bottom sole 100 which is placed at the top and bottom of the elastic piece 120 can be protected.

[39] A surface of the elastic cushion 110 has the same shape as the bottom sole 100 during the bottom sole 100 is injected to mold in the embodiments of the present invention described before. Moreover except those structures, a number of protrusions 130 for finger-pressure treatment on the top portion of the concavely extended portion can be provided, so that finger-pressure treatment might be performed during walking.

[40] It is still further preferable that a number of protrusions 140 in the shape of a needle at the bottom of the extended portion are provided to prevent from slipping .during walking.
