Abstract:

Provided are a structure with an embedded pipe, for which adhesion between a pipe for forming a flow path and a metal member has been improved, and a method for manufacturing the structure. The structure with the embedded pipe (1) is equipped with: a metal or alloy pipe (10) that has a round circumference in a cross section; a metal or alloy base material (11) that has a concave section (11a) for fitting the pipe (10), said concave section (11a) having an inner wall for bringing a portion of the circumference into contact therewith and being formed such that the ratio (h/R) between the protruding amount (h) of the pipe (10) from the top surface (11b) of the base material and the curvature (R) of the circumference is 0.3 - 0.7 inclusive; and a deposition layer (12) that is formed by accelerating metal or alloy powders together with a gas and spraying the powers in a solid state to the pipe (10) and base material (11) surfaces in a state wherein the pipe (10) is fitted in the concave section (11a) in order to deposit the powders thereon.
