Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/163189
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This structure is characterized in that on the surface, a rough portion (1) is formed with a maximum height roughness Rz of 0.5-5.0μm, and on the rough portion (1), a thin liquid film (3) is formed that has a thickness greater than or equal to 0.1μm and less than 3.4μm. This structure exhibits high slipperiness despite the exceptional thinness of the liquid film formed on the surface.
