Abstract:
The present invention relates to a stud electrode module for stud spot welding, and an apparatus for supplying the stud electrode module. The stud electrode module comprises a stud electrode tip, a stud electrode shank, and a support bracket. The stud electrode tip has an insertion hole formed therethrough and is electrically conductive, wherein, when a stud is inserted into the insertion hole through an opening on one side of the insertion hole, the head of the stud is seated around the opening on one side of the insertion hole. The stud electrode shank has one end coupled to an opening on the other side of the stud electrode tip and is electrically conductive, wherein a receiving groove connected to the insertion hole is recessed from the one end so as to receive a portion of the stud, and a connection hole connecting the receiving groove to an external vacuum device is formed so as to apply vacuum pressure to the receiving groove and thereby fix the stud. The support bracket supports the stud electrode shank while both ends of the stud electrode shank are exposed.
