Abstract:
A styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer composite material, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof, belonging to the technical field of high polymer materials. A styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer composite material, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof, belonging to the technical field of high polymer materials.
The styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer composite material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-60 parts of a styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer; 20-50 parts of a toughening agent; 20-50 parts of glass fibers; and 0.3-8 parts of a compatilizer, wherein the compatilizer is a polymer of a structural unit containing an epoxy functional group, the mass content of the structural unit containing the epoxy functional group is 1-10%, and a test method is compliant with GB/T 1677-2008. The styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer composite material can realize bonding with an epoxy resin-modified carbon fiber composite material at a temperature of 120-130ºC by means of the optimized synergistic effect of the styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer and the compatilizer.
