Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a sub-zero treatment device capable of uniformly cooling an object to be cooled and reducing a liquid refrigerant used for cooling the object to be cooled. A sub-zero treatment device comprises an exhaust member (31) that extends from a through-hole (14) provided in a cooling tank (13) constituting an object-to-be-cooled mounting chamber (43) into the object-to-be-cooled mounting chamber (43), and has an exhaust port (56). The exhaust port (56) is placed in an exhaust port placement space (59) that is a space located in the upper half of the object-to-be-cooled mounting chamber (43) and has a transverse width being the same as the maximum transverse width of a suction port (48).
