Abstract:
Disclosed is a subcritical composite solvent extraction and separation method for multiple components in flaxseed meal, comprising the following steps: taking flaxseed meal, and adding an extractant for subcritical extraction to obtain a crude flax lignan extract and flaxseed crude oil in one step, wherein the extractant is composed of n-butane and absolute ethanol at a volume ratio of 1:1; adding n-hexane to the flaxseed crude oil to carry out liquid separation extraction, so that flaxseed oil may be obtained after rotary evaporation; and taking the used flaxseed meal for hot water extraction to obtain flaxseed gel. The subcritical composite solvent used in the extraction process of the present invention may replace a large number of organic reagents used in traditional extraction, has the characteristics of a good solvent effect, environmental-friendliness and recyclability, a low environmental burden, etc., and may reduce the risk of harm to operators and the natural environment during the process caused by organic reagents. Moreover, the subcritical extraction in the present invention has lower requirements for operations and professionals, and obtains a variety of high value-added components while reducing operation units, which maximizes resource utilization, reduces costs and increases efficiency.
