Abstract:
Provided is a subcutaneously implanted port having a novel structure capable of stably maintaining a state in which a catheter is connected to a connection port.　A subcutaneously implanted port 10 has a housing 16. The housing 16 is provided with a liquid drug storing inner cavity 24 sealed with an elastic lid 18 and is provided with a connection port 20 which communicates with the inner cavity 24 and is inserted and connected to a catheter 74. The subcutaneously implanted port 10 has a sleeve-like connection cap 14 which is fitted around the catheter 74 and which holds the connection-side end of the catheter 74 between the connection cap and the connection port 20 in the radial direction. The connection cap 14 has a locking section 90 capable of locking the housing 16.
