Abstract:
The invention provides a sublimation-based dehydration device. The sublimation-based dehydration device comprises: a heating supply device (1); a sublimation container (2); and a vacuum tube (3) comprising an outer tube (31), and an inner tube (33) sleeved in the outer tube (31). A vacuum layer (32) is provided between the outer tube (31) and the inner tube (33). An inner cavity (35) is provided in the inner tube (33). A thermal insulation layer (34) is provided between the inner tube (33) and the inner cavity (35). Two ends of the vacuum tube (3) respectively communicate with the heating supply device (1) and the sublimation container (2). The heating supply device (1) heats gaseous nitrogen, and conveys the heated gaseous nitrogen along the inner cavity (35) to the sublimation container (2). The gaseous nitrogen flows in the sublimation container (2), and covers a surface of a frozen or thawed material. A tube body structure of the vacuum tube (3) is provided with the outer tube (31) and the inner tube (33), and the vacuum layer (32) is provided between the outer tube (31) and the inner tube (33). The inner cavity (35) is provided in the inner tube (33), and the thermal insulation layer (34) is provided in the inner cavity (35), thereby preventing heat exchange between gaseous nitrogen and an inner wall, thereby achieving greater temperature control of gaseous nitrogen.
