A submersible and floatable sonar robot with a movable cavity, the robot comprising a sealed body (1), a sonar device (3), a gas compressor (4) and a control device (6), wherein a high-pressure gas tank (11) is provided in the sealed body; an output end of the gas compressor is in communication with the high-pressure gas tank, and an inlet end is provided in the sealed body; the high-pressure gas tank is connected to a vent valve (9); the sealed body is composed of two parts by means of sealed and movable connection; when the two parts are close, the robot sinks into the sea, and when the two parts are away from each other, the robot floats on the surface of the water; the sonar device is fixed to the upper surface of the sealed body and connected to the control device in the sealed body; and the air compressor is connected to the control device. The sonar robot can automatically rise or sink, in the combination with other power, the robot horizontally moves, and by using the sonar device on the sealed body, different sea-floor conditions can be easily monitored.
