Abstract:
A submersible pump with a built-in capacitance water-level controller and a capacitance water-level controller for a submersible pump are disclosed. The submersible pump includes a pump body (1) and a capacitance water-level controller (2). The controller (2) has a bidirectional thyristor, a triggering circuit, a liquid-level testing process circuit and a water level sensor (22), and said controller (2) is installed in a holding cavity (111) of the body (11) and sealed within the holding cavity (111). The water level sensor (22) is provided with a sensing head (221, 224) and a supporting part (222), the sensing head (221, 224) is a metal inductor covered with an insulating medium layer (224), wherein the controller (2) is arranged on the pump body or a fixing plate and connected to a printed circuit board (21). The sensing head(221, 224) is located in a water channel between the body (11) and a front cover (12) or a rear cover (13). Change of the water level is determined by a sensed capacitance of the sensing head (221, 224) in a water surrounding state and a waterless state to start or stop the pump. The water level controller (2), the water level sensor (22) and the body (11) can be integrated together, thus reducing volume and improving service life and operation security of the submersible pump.
