Abstract:
A submersible pump, comprising a submersible pump housing (9), a motor (2), and a control box (1) which are coaxially arranged. The control box (1) is connected to one end of a motor housing; a submersible pump shaft (91) is provided in the submersible pump housing (9); a connection frame (3) is connected to the other end of the motor housing; the connection frame (3) is hollow; a transmission shaft (31) passes through the connection frame (3); one end of the transmission shaft (31) is connected to a motor shaft fixedly in the circumferential direction and movably in the axial direction, and the other end is in transmission connection with the submersible pump shaft (91); an inward shoulder is provided in the connection frame (3); a protruding outward structure is provided on the peripheral surface of the transmission shaft (31); the outward structure and the motor shaft are respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the inward shoulder; the outward structure and the inward shoulder have an overlap in the radial direction of the connection frame (3); the inward shoulder axially supports the transmission shaft (31) by means of the outward structure. An axial acting force of the submersible pump shaft (91) applied to the transmission shaft (31) does not directly act on the motor shaft, and an axial force applied to a motor rotor is small, thereby prolonging the service life of the motor.
