The present invention relates to the field of marine engineering technical equipment, in particular to a subsea geotechnical in-situ multi-parameter detection system and method. The system comprises two friction wheels symmetrically arranged in an overall frame, and collimating mechanisms are arranged above and below the butting position of the two friction wheels; a winch is fixed on the bottom surface of the overall frame on the rear side of the friction wheels, and a winch runner is connected to a servo motor; a flexible probe rod comprises a plurality of rigid rod segments connected by means of an armored cable, one end of the flexible probe rod is connected with a static sounding probe, the flexible probe rod is wound on the winch, and the end of the flexible probe rod connected with the static sounding probe passes through a butt jointing device and the collimating mechanisms sequentially, then enters between the two friction wheels, and finally goes downwards to insert the static sounding probe into soil. The present invention has better stability.
