Abstract:
A subsea ore exploration vehicle and an ore acquisition method thereof, belonging to the field of subsea engineering. Said exploration vehicle comprises four parts: a foundation assembly, a gravity adjustment assembly, a propulsion assembly and an acquisition assembly. The gravity adjustment assembly comprises two balance buoyancy chambers (4), and a balance detector (5) provided between the two balance buoyancy chambers (4). The propulsion assembly comprises a propeller provided between the balance buoyancy chambers, and a plurality of tracked wheels (3) provided outside a waterproof housing (1). The acquisition assembly comprises a camera unit (7) and a flexible mechanical arm (8) which are provided on a top plate, and a sample collection box (10) provided on the top plate (2). Using a rubber track to replace a traditional rigid track or a roller, and adjusting the gravity of the exploration vehicle by means of the balance buoyancy chambers (4), the pressure and intensity of pressure between the track and the sea mud is precisely controlled, and the influence of the sea mud on the exploration vehicle is reduced. By means of providing a detachable manipulator and a drilling probe, a reasonable acquisition method can be used according to the type of ore to perform sample acquisition, facilitating multipoint sampling.
