Abstract:
A substance detection system (1) comprising a sensor unit (10), a drive unit (11), and a rectification unit (12). The sensor unit (10) has a plurality of flow paths (20) formed therein through which a gas (F) passes. A reaction membrane (21) that reacts with substances contained in the gas (F) is disposed in each of the flow paths (20) in the sensor unit (10). The rectification unit (12) suppresses and makes uniform the flow of the gas (F) flowing in and sends the gas to each flow path (20). The drive unit (11) causes the gas (F) to flow into the rectification unit (12).
