Abstract:
Disclosed is a regulator which can act on the process of the differentiation of an osteoblast or the like specifically to regulate the differentiation of the osteoblast or the like. Also disclosed is use of the regulator. Specifically disclosed is a regulator for the differentiation into a mesenchymal cell, which comprises an active ingredient selected from miRNA that can bind to a 3'-untranslated region in Dlx5 gene, a precursor of the miRNA, a DNA construct that encodes the miRNA or the precursor of the miRNA, and an inhibitor of the miRNA.
