Abstract:
The present invention provides a substituted diamine carbamate, and a pharmaceutical composition and application thereof. The diamine carbamate is a compound represented by formula (I), or a crystalline form, pharmaceutically acceptable salt, prodrug, metabolite, tautomer, stereoisomer, isotopic isomer, hydrate, or solvate thereof. The compound provided by the invention can be used to prepare an inhibitor against a hepatitis C virus, has improved inhibition against the activity of the hepatitis C virus protein NS5A, and has better pharmacodynamics/pharmacokinetics. The compound can be used to prepare a pharmaceutical product for treating a hepatitis C virus infection.
