Abstract:
The invention relates to substituted enaminones of Formula (I) and their derivatives and the discovery that these compounds modulate the effect of &gammad -aminobutyric acid (GABA) on the GABAA receptor complex in a therapeutically relevant fashion and may be used to ameliorate CNS disorders amenable to modulation of the GABAA receptor complex.
