Abstract:
The present invention relates to a substituted nitrogen-containing aromatic compound and an application thereof, and a composition comprising same. Specifically, provided is a nitrogen-containing aromatic compound shown in formula (I), or a pharmaceutical composition comprising a crystal form, pharmacologically acceptable salts, prodrugs, stereisomers, hydrates or solvates thereof. According to the present invention, the compound can serve as a vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR) inhibitor, and thus is appropriate for preparing medicines for treating diseases related to protein tyrosine kinase dysfunction (e.g., thyroid cancer and the like).
