Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a novel triazinone compound having inhibitory activity on T-type potential-dependent calcium channels, and which is useful for treating pain, chronic kidney disease, and atrial fibrillation in particular. [Solution] The present invention provides a novel triazinone compound represented by formula (I) (Each substituent in the formula is defined in detail in the description, but R4 represents a hydrogen atom or a group such as a C1-6 alkoxy group, L1 and L2 are each independently a single bond or NR2, L3 represents a group such as a C1-6 alkylene group, A represents a group such as a C6-14 aryl group or a 5-10 member heteroaryl group which may be substituted, B represents a group such as a C3-11 cycloalkylene group, and D represents a group such as a C6-14 aryl group or a 5-10 member heteroaryl group which may be substituted.), a tautomer of the compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a solvate thereof.
