Abstract:
The present invention relates to a substrate for analyzing a liquid biopsy-derived biomaterial, a method for manufacturing same, and an analysis method using same. More specifically, a substrate having a surface that has deposited thereon hydrophobic parylene arranged with a well-shaped pattern for the injection of a liquid biopsy sample has been confirmed to exhibit improved analysis accuracy through very effective and stable injection, into the surface of an analysis substrate, of nanoliter-level trace amounts of liquid biopsy samples such as plasma and urine, and to be able to increase analysis time and efficiency by analyzing trace amounts of a plurality of samples at one time through the arrangement of several tens to hundreds of wells on the surface of the substrate. Therefore, the substrate having a surface on which hydrophobic parylene arranged with a well-shaped pattern is deposited can be provided as a substrate for analyzing a trace amount of a liquid biopsy-derived biomaterial, and the substrate for analyzing can be applied to a fast mass analysis method for trace amounts of liquid biopsy samples.
