Abstract:
The present invention relates to a substrate carrier apparatus for electroplating of a solar cell, which comprises a panel portion that accommodates a substrate, and a supporting portion that is connected to a transfer device. The present invention comprises: at least two clip mounting rods disposed so as to vertically cross the panel portion, an upper end portion thereof being inserted into a hole formed in an upper end rod fixing portion, a lower end portion thereof being inserted into a hole formed in a lower end rod fixing portion, the upper end portion thereof being connected to the upper end rod fixing portion by a spring member, and the clip mounting rods rotating in the hole while receiving the influence of an elastic force of the spring member; multiple clips that are disposed at a predetermined distance from the clip mounting rods to determine a clip-close state in which a contact point with the substrate is formed by the rotation of the clip mounting rod and a clip-open state in which the contact with the substrate is released; and a substrate accommodating region that is disposed on a flat surface of the panel portion between the clip mounting rods, the substrate accommodating region provided repeatedly on the flat surface of the panel portion and being provided with substrate edge guides and substrate supporters supporting a surface of the substrate.
