Abstract:
Disclosed is a substrate conveying system. The substrate conveying system comprises a plurality of roller assemblies (11) and a controller (12). The roller assemblies (11) are used for conveying glass substrates (10) in a flowing manner. The controller (12) controls the roller assemblies (11) to rotate. The substrate conveying system further comprises a substrate positioning apparatus disposed at an end of a direction of conveying the glass substrates on the roller assemblies (11). The substrate positioning apparatus comprises positioning posts (14) and a buffering and positioning mechanism. The positioning posts (14) are used for stopping and positioning the glass substrates (10) conveyed by the roller assemblies (11). The positioning posts (14) are mounted on the buffering and positioning mechanism, and the buffering and positioning mechanism provides motion buffering for the positioning posts (14) and drives the positioning posts (14) to be restored. The buffering and positioning mechanism is arranged to control positions of the positioning posts (14), so that the positioning error of the substrates (10) can be eliminated; and the contact of the substrates (10) can be buffered, so that the risk of plate breaking is eliminated.
