Abstract:
A substrate detection method and device, the substrate detection device comprising a light source (1), a light detection device (2) and a control device; the light source (1) and the light detection device (2) are disposed on the same side of a substrate (3); an angle is formed between the substrate (3) and the traveling direction of the light emitted by the light source (1); an angle is formed between the light receiving direction of the light detection device (2) and the traveling direction of the light emitted by the light source (1); the control device is connected to the light detection device (2) for controlling the light detection device (2) to move along a preset track. By disposing the light source (1) and the light detection device (2) at appropriate positions, the light detection device (2) can only receive the light emitted by the light source (1) and refracted by the chips of glass, thus capable of quickly detecting whether chips of glass exist on the substrate (3).
