Title:
SUBSTRATE FILM FOR LIQUID CRYSTAL COATING, OPTICAL FILM WITH TEMPORARY SUPPORT CONTAINING SAME, POLARIZING PLATE CONTAINING SAME, AND PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/216122
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a substrate film for liquid crystal coating, the substrate film being capable of reducing curling in an optical film with a temporary support, reducing the thickness of the optical film by peeling the temporary support during use, and further improving the optical properties of said optical film, and a member using the same. The present invention pertains to a substrate film for liquid crystal coating and a producing method thereof, the substrate film having a laminated structure which includes a peelable temporary support and a negative resin orientation layer containing a resin that has a negative retardation developability, wherein a direction in which the elastic modulus of the temporary support is maximized and the direction of an in-plane slow axis of the negative resin orientation layer are approximately orthogonal.
