Abstract:
Disclosed is a substrate for the formation of a transparent conductive film which simplifies the formation of a transparent conductive film exhibiting both high conductivity and high transparency. The disclosed substrate for the formation of a transparent conductive film is provided with a substrate, and a plurality of nanoparticles dispersed and deposited on the surface of the substrate. By removing the nanoparticles after coating the surface of the substrate with a conductive material using the nanoparticles as a mask, a film can be formed in which the traces from the removal of the nanoparticles form light-transmitting openings, and the part excluding the openings is a conductive material.
