Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a substrate gap supporter, according to the present invention, comprises: a supporter substrate preparation step of preparing a supporter substrate (150) comprising a plurality of horizontally long slit through-holes (140) formed parallel on an insulating plate (170), and supporter metal layers (120) formed on both surfaces of the insulating plate (170) and side surfaces of the slit through-hole (140); and a vertical cutting step of vertically (C1) cutting the supporter substrate (150). A step of forming a metal-removed region (180) between the slit through-holes, by etching and removing the supporter metal layers (120) such that the surface of the insulating plate (170) is exposed, can be further included. A horizontal cutting step of horizontally (C2) cutting the supporter substrate (150) from the metal-removed region (180) before or after the vertical cutting (C1) can be further included.
