Abstract:
For the purpose of providing a substrate for light emitting devices, which has a good balance among good heat dissipation, breakdown voltage, and light reflection, while having excellent mass productivity, this substrate (5) is provided with an aluminum base (10) that contains an aluminum material and an intermediate layer (11) that contains a ceramic which is formed on the surface of the aluminum base (10) by an aerosol deposition method.
