Abstract:
Provided is a substrate for photoelectric conversion elements, which is easy to be handled and low in cost in comparison to the cases where conventional ITO/glass substrates are used, and which does not cause a decrease in the power generation performance of a solar cell.
A substrate for photoelectric conversion elements, which is formed of a stainless steel plate having a passivation film on the surface, and wherein the atomic ratio Cr/(Fe + Cr) in the surface of the passivation film is 0.08 or more.
