Abstract:
Disclosed is a substrate (1) comprising: a copper layer (2); an alloy layer (3) formed on the copper layer (2) and comprising copper and nickel; a nickel layer (4) formed on the alloy layer (3); and an intermediate layer (5) formed on the nickel layer (4). The nickel concentration in the alloy layer (3) at the interface between the alloy layer (3) and the copper layer (2) is smaller than that in the alloy layer (3) at the interface between the alloy layer (3) and the nickel layer (4). It becomes possible to provide: the substrate (1) that enables the reduction in alternate current loss of an electrically super-conductive wire material (7); a process for producing the substrate (1); the electrically super-conductive wire material (7); and a process for producing the electrically super-conductive wire material (7).
