Abstract:
Provided is a substrate provided with a transparent conductive film, in which an insulating film provided on a portion from which the transparent conductive film has been removed is unlikely to separate from the substrate. The substrate 10 provided with a transparent conductive film includes a substrate 1 and a transparent conductive film 2 which is provided on the substrate 1 and patterned, wherein a removal region A1 from which the transparent conductive film 2 has been removed, non-removal regions A2 from which the transparent conductive film 2 is left unremoved, and boundary regions A3 each provided between the removal region A1 and the non-removal region A2 are formed on the substrate 1, and island-shaped portions 2b in which the transparent conductive film 2 is formed in island-like shapes are formed in the boundary regions A3.
