Abstract:
A substrate 20 for RFID tags, which is provided with: an insulating substrate 1 which has an upper surface and a lower surface comprising a recess 1a; an upper conductor 2 which is arranged on the upper surface of the insulating substrate 1; a ground conductor 3 which is arranged on the lower surface of the insulating substrate 1 and is electrically connected to the upper conductor 2 by means of a short-circuit part through conductor 4 that penetrates the insulating substrate 1 in the thickness direction; a capacitive conductor 5 which is arranged within the insulating substrate 1 and faces a part of the upper conductor 2; a capacitive part through conductor 5a which penetrates the insulating substrate 1 in the thickness direction from the capacitive conductor 5 to the ground conductor 3; a first electrode 6 which is arranged within the recess 1a and is electrically connected to the capacitive conductor 5 or the ground conductor 3 by means of a first connection conductor; and a second electrode 7 which is electrically connected to the upper conductor 3 via a second connection conductor.
