Abstract:
Provided is a TFT substrate (10) to which a vapor-deposited layer is formed by vapor deposition of vapor deposition particles via an aperture section (82) by means of a vapor deposition device (50) having: a vapor deposition source (85) provided with an emission opening (86); and a vapor deposition mask (81) provided with the aperture section (82) through which vapor deposition particles emitted from the emission opening (86) pass. The TFT substrate (10) has a pixel region (AG) at which a plurality of pixels are arrayed two-dimensionally, and the terminals of a plurality of wires (14) electrically connected to each pixel are aggregated outside the region of formation of the vapor-deposited layer.
