Abstract:
This substrate with antenna is provided with: a substrate layer; lower antenna elements disposed in the substrate layer; an antenna holding layer that is stacked on the upper surface of the substrate layer, and upper antenna elements disposed in the antenna holding layer and facing the upper surfaces of the lower antenna elements, wherein the antenna holding layer comprises a low dielectric material having a lower specific permittivity than the substrate layer, and the lower surfaces, side surfaces, and upper surfaces of the upper antenna elements are covered with the antenna holding layer.
