Abstract:
The present invention relates to a technique by which an external congestion control server can receive passenger car-specific congestion information for a train so as provide information related to the level of congestion in each passenger car thereof to subway passengers waiting to board the train at a subway station, when a WLAN-based congestion detector provided in each passenger car of the subway train produces congestion information on how many passengers are in a passenger car on the basis of the fluctuation characteristics of WLAN parameters of an inner passenger car space. The present invention is configured such that the congestion detector is composed of a plurality of WLAN devices in order to increase estimation accuracy when the congestion information is produced, and an inner wireless communication environment of the subway passenger car is stabilized by continuously transmitting and receiving dummy data therebetween in the form of a UDP packet.
