Title:
SUCCESSIVE APPROXIMATION A/D CONVERSION DEVICE, IMAGING APPARATUS, ENDOSCOPE AND SETTING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/116540
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a successive approximation A/D conversion device, an imaging apparatus, an endoscope and a setting method which are capable of preventing deterioration of the linearity of an output signal. A successive approximation A/D conversion device 27 is provided with: a capacity circuit 402 having a binary capacity for holding a pair of analog signals sampled by a sampling circuit 401; a comparison circuit 403 for comparing one signal and another signal that form a pair of voltage signals; a correction circuit 404 for outputting to the comparison circuit 403 the pair of voltage signals in which a parasitic capacity in an input transistor of the comparison circuit 403 has been offset; and a control circuit 405 for successively determining the value of each bit of a digital signal corresponding to the binary capacity by a binary search method, and reflecting the value of each bit of the digital signal in the reference signal.
