Abstract:
A suck-back valve (11) comprises: a valve body (13) in which a suck-back chamber (25) is formed; and a suck-back mechanism unit (17). The suck-back mechanism unit (17) comprises a suck-back piston (61) that is housed inside a suck-back cylinder chamber (59) and is able to slide between the two dead center positions, and a biasing member (63) for biasing the suck-back piston (61) in a direction that causes the volume of the suck-back chamber (25) to increase. The suck-back cylinder chamber (59) is demarcated by the suck-back piston (61) into a first air chamber (59a) and a second air chamber (59b). The biasing member (63) is disposed inside the first air chamber (59a). A standby position at which the suck-back piston (61) is located when the pressure of a drive fluid inside the second air chamber (59b) reaches a maximum is set to be separated from the dead center position of the side closer to the suck-back chamber (25).
