A suction cup holder base for action cameras, comprising: a concave base (1), a suction cup (2) and at least two suction cup lifting members (3), wherein the suction cup (2) and the suction cup lifting members (3) are arranged at a lower surface and an upper surface of the concave base (1) respectively, and all suction cup lifting members (3) are uniformly distributed on the concave base, a center of the concave base (1) being centers thereof, and lifting rods (4) being provided having a one-to-one correspondence with the suction cup lifting members; the concave base (1) is provided with through holes (101) having a one-to-one correspondence with the lifting rods, the lifting rods (4) passing through corresponding through holes (101), wherein upper ends of the lifting rods (4) are connected to corresponding suction cup lifting members (3), and lower ends of the lifting rods (4) are connected to the suction cup (2); a connecting structure (5) for use in connecting a holder of an action camera is provided at the upper surface and a center position of the concave base (1). The suction cup holder base enables a greater vacuum degree at a lower mounting height and with a smaller mounting area such that the adhesive force of the suction cup is stronger and mounting on the holder base is more secure and stable; moreover, the connecting structure is located exactly at the center of the holder base such that the force of the suction cup is uniform and is not easily disengaged.
