Abstract:
A suction device (100) is provided with a valve (101), a piezoelectric pump (10), and a housing (80). The valve (101) has a valve box (190) and a diaphragm (120). In a valve box (190), a first air vent (111), a second air vent (112), and a third air vent (113) are formed. The diaphragm (120) is fixed to the valve box (190), and forms a flow channel in the valve box (190). The second air vent (112) is opened to the atmosphere. The piezoelectric pump (10) has a suction hole (53) and a discharge hole (24). The discharge hole (24) is in communication with the first air vent (111). The housing (80) has an opening (83). A suction pad (85) is mounted to the opening (83). The housing (80) forms a closed space (84) with the valve (101) and the piezoelectric pump (10). The closed space (84) is a space in communication with the opening (83), the suction hole (53), and the third air vent (113).
