Title:
SUCTION AND EXHAUST VALVE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/1998/045631
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A suction and exhaust valve, and more particularly a convenient suction and exhaust valve, which eliminates a partial pressure causing a valve disc to be sucked to a valve port, and simultaneously meets requirements of making a float lightweight and small-sized for the purpose of cost and space savings and making the valve port large in diameter for the purpose of quick suction and exhaust. A suction and exhaust valve provided on a liquid feed pipeline and adapted to permit a float to move up and down to open and close a valve port, mainly characterized by comprising a pressure bearing plate (6) mounted on an inner wall of a valve box upper end (1e) through a seal member (6s) movably up and down and having substantially the same pressure bearing area as that of a valve disc (3), and by a bag chamber (f) sealingly enclosed and defined between the pressure bearing plate (6) and the valve box upper end (1e) and always communicating with a valve box lower chamber (1a) via a communication passage (8).
