Abstract:
This suction nozzle device 1 is equipped with a large diameter pipe 3, a large diameter nozzle 5, a small diameter pipe 23, a small diameter nozzle 7, and support mechanisms 27, 35 that support the large diameter and small diameter pipes so that the pipes can move relative to each other. The large diameter nozzle and the small diameter nozzle selectively project outward accompanying a relative movement of the large and small diameter pipes. Changes are made between: a state in which a gap between the large and small diameter pipes is closed due to the outer circumferential surface of the small diameter nozzle coming into close contact with the posterior end inner edge of the large diameter nozzle and the flow path cross-sectional area of a gas is set to the inner diameter cross-sectional area of the small diameter pipe; a state in which the gap between the large and small diameter pipes is opened by separating the outer circumferential surface of the small diameter nozzle from the posterior end inner edge of the large diameter nozzle and the flow path cross-sectional area is set to the inner diameter cross-sectional area of the large diameter nozzle; and a state in which the outer circumferential surface of the small diameter nozzle approaches the posterior end inner edge of the large diameter nozzle and the flow path cross-sectional area is set to a value within the range of the inner diameter cross-sectional area of the large diameter nozzle and the inner diameter cross-sectional area of the small diameter nozzle. It is possible to select nozzles of different apertures and modify the flow rate accompanying the nozzle selection.
