Abstract:
A suction nozzle-free non-contact high-pressure steam column cleaning and lifting device and method, and a street sweeper. The high-pressure steam column cleaning and lifting device comprises: a spray nozzle (100-1), a reverse air curtain nozzle (110), a shovel tongue plate (301), a compressed air pipe (101), a high-pressure air generation device, and a water inlet pipe (102); the high-pressure air generation device generates high-pressure air and delivers the high-pressure air to the spray nozzle (100-1) and the reverse air curtain nozzle (110); the water inlet pipe (102) is communicated with the spray nozzle (100-1) and the reverse air curtain nozzle (110); the spray nozzle (100-1) sprays a high-pressure high-speed steam column towards an obtuse angle between the shovel tongue plate (301) and the ground; the reverse air curtain nozzle (110) sprays a high-pressure high-speed steam column towards an acute angle between the shovel tongue plate (301) and the ground; the two high-pressure high-speed steam columns press against each other at the gap between the shovel tongue plate (301) and the ground, so that the high-pressure high-speed steam columns drive garbage on the ground to climb along the slope of the shovel tongue plate (301), thereby completing garbage cleaning and lifting operation. The high-pressure steam column cleaning and lifting device and the street sweeper have the characteristics of high cleaning and lifting efficiency, low energy consumption and higher cleaning speed.
