Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a suction-type heat pump system and suction-type heat pump driving method that can be used in a relatively small facility. [Solution] A suction-type heat pump system provided with the following: a suction-type heat pump (20) provided with a condenser (22) for condensing refrigerant vapor; an air cooling device (29) for air-cooling liquid coolant discharged from the condenser (22) of the suction-type heat pump (20) and returning the same to the condenser (22); and a controller (30). The controller (30) controls the flow volume of the liquid coolant provided to the condenser (22) in accordance with the difference between the temperature of the liquid coolant provided to the condenser (22) and the temperature of the liquid coolant discharged from the condenser (22).
