Technical Field

The present invention relates to a system which categorizes subscribers of communication operators according to the numbers of call and short message (SMS) they make with each other and enables to create group with these persons by extracting information about the number of subscribers with whom the related subscriber is in contact at most.

Background of the Invention

Today, there are methods which submits offers special for persons according to their uses in their mobile phones. These offers are calculated based on the persons’ monthly SMS number, talk time information and offers that may be suitable for these persons are made. This offer submission is usually carried out in accordance with customized calculations and in a customized way.

Accordingly, there is need for a system which detects the persons with whom the subscriber is in contact at most according to SMS numbers or calling numbers and automatically submits an offer to the related subscriber for creating group with these persons detected.

The Turkish patent document no. TR2018/10214 discloses a friend finding system which enables to suggest friend to GSM operator subscribers, enables subscribers having similar interests and habits to make friendship with each other and to message each other without sharing their phone numbers. Summary of the Invention

An objective of the present invention is to realize a system which categorizes subscribers of communication operators according to the numbers of call and short message (SMS) they make with each other and enables to create group with these persons by extracting information about the number of subscribers with whom the related subscriber is in contact at most and submits an offer special for the group.

Detailed Description of the Invention

“A Suggestion System for Creating Group” realized to fulfil the objective of the present invention is shown in the figure attached, in which:

The inventive suggestion system for creating group (1) which categorizes subscribers of communication operators according to the numbers of call and short message (SMS) they make with each other and enables to create group with these persons by extracting information about the number of subscribers with whom the related subscriber is in contact at most; comprises at least one mobile device (2) which receives mobile communication service from a mobile communication network and which is configured such that it can run at least one application on itself;

at least one application (3) which is run on the mobile device (2) and which is configured to provide an interface for interacting with the subscriber over the mobile device (2);

at least one server (4) which carries out data exchange with the application (3) being run on the mobile device (2) over the communication established with the mobile device (2), over any remote communication protocol; after receiving SMS numbers and calling numbers of subscribers, scores uses among one another for each subscriber by analysing them with data analytical methods; enables to determine the most contacted subscribers; prepares special offers for the determined subscriber groups; and transmits the group information to be determined and the suggested offer to the subscriber over the application (3).

The mobile device (2) included in the inventive system (1) is an electronic device such as mobile phone, smartphone, tablet computer which receives mobile communication service from a mobile communication network via methods included in the state of the art by means of for example a SIM card, and which can run at least one application on itself. The mobile device (2) is configured to communicate with the server (4) by using any remote communication protocol included in the state of the art and to enable the application (3) and the server (4) to carry out data exchange over this communication established. In one embodiment of the invention, the mobile device (2) is configured to communicate with the server (4) over a data network such as Internet and to enable the application (3) and the server (4) to carry out data exchange over this communication established. In one embodiment of the invention, the mobile device (2) is configured to warn the subscriber in the form of message, alarm, voice call upon the server (4) triggers the application (3) after the subscribers with whom the subscriber is in contact at most are determined by the server (4). In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the mobile device (2) is configured to provide at least one interface that is adapted to give the approval indicating the request for creating subscriber group transmitted by the server (4) by using the keys or touch screen located on itself.

The application (3) included in the inventive system (1) is run on the mobile device (2) and it is configured to carry out data exchange over the connection established between the mobile device (2) and the server (4) and with the server (4).

The server (4) included in the inventive system (1) is configured to communicate with the mobile device (2) over any remote communication protocol and to carry out data exchange with the application (3) being run on the mobile device (2). In one embodiment of the invention, the server (4) is configured to communicate with the mobile device (2) over a data network such as Internet and to carry out data exchange with the application (3) being run on the mobile device (2). In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the server (4) is configured to keep uses of these subscribers as much as the number of subscribers included in the mobile operator and to analyse the uses by keeping the information about to whom and how many SMS did the subscribers send and how much call did they make. The server (4) is configured to submit a group suggestion by detecting the persons with whom each subscriber is in contact at most as a result of the analysis made. The server (4) is configured to determine the optimum campaign with respect to the detected groups and to provide this campaign to the subscribers over the application (3). In one embodiment of the invention, the server (4) is configured to analyse the SMS and calling numbers of the subscribers with data analytical methods, score the uses of each subscriber and by finding the most contacted persons for each subscriber, to send suggestion to the application (3) in order to create group with these persons. It is possible to develop various embodiments of the inventive system (1); the invention cannot be limited to examples disclosed herein and it is essentially according to claims.
