Abstract:
The present invention specifically relates to a sulfide solid state electrolyte, as well as a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The electrolyte material of the present invention is Li6P1-a(M)aS5X (M being one of or a composition of more of vanadium, niobium and tantalum elements, and X being one or more of F, Cl and Br). The sulfide solid state electrolyte material provided by the present invention uses Group VB elements to partly replace P element; and while ensuring the sulfide electrolyte material having a good argyrodite crystal phase, controllable doping of elements such as vanadium, niobium and tantalum can improve compatibility with a lithium series negative electrode, thus achieving better electrochemical stability, and further improving cycling stability of a sulfide all-solid-state battery.
