Title:
SULFONAMIDE COMPOUND
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/042238
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The invention provides a novel sulfonamide compound useful as a drug having a TRPM8-blocking effect. Specifically, the invention provides a sulfonamide compound represented by formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. (In the formula, ring A is formula (i), (ii), or (ix), R4 is an optionally substituted alkyl, X1 and X2 are each independently tetrazolyl, tetrazolinonyl, optionally substituted triazolyl, triazolinonyl, oxadiazolonyl, optionally substituted alkanoylaminomethyl, or optionally substituted alkylsulfonylaminomethyl, or R4 and X2 bond to each other at the ends and form indazolinonyl or benzoisoxazolonyl with the adjacent benzene; other symbols are as stated in the specification.)
